v0.1.3 = spit and polish

More niceties are added to this version:

- players can now name their own stable/company instead of accepting a random stable name

- small improvements to the race track images

- the main menu now as a link to the instructions page (wiki)

- you can now see the colour of each horse before you buy the horse (see image)

- interface usability improvements

None of these changes are breaking changes so feel free to update your systems without breaking anything. I'm hoping next version introduces some racing logic improvements and better feedback about what is happening during the race.
