A little bit more spit  n polish is added in this release to make things a little less "dev" mode.

• the off-season fan map has easier to spot cities
• player teams (vs bot teams) are now displayed in green which makes it super simple to see when a bot v bot game can be ignored (if you want to)
• splash screen added because we all love splash screens
• team logos will start to filter into the screens to make things more logo'
• season injuries now calculate correctly and they display on the "Standings" screen so you can see which team is below peak
